Public Sector People (PSP) is Search4’s dedicated government, public sector, and for-purpose brand. We are the only agency in Australia specialising solely in Local Government recruitment, now expanding into State Government. This includes senior functional leaders (corporate services, P&C, finance, digital, operations) and people/reform leaders (managers, coordinators, team leaders). Our process supports inclusive shortlisting, capability framework alignment, competency-based assessment, and post-placement follow-up, with optional leadership diagnostics.
