    35-hour work week with flexible start and finish times around our core hours of 9 am-12 pm and 2 pm–4 pm

    For every year worked, we give you an extra day of leave, this is capped at 5 extra days per year

    Christmas closure

    Every year we close our offices for the Christmas break. This period is in addition to your accrued entitlements.

    Annual leave

    We allow our staff to go into a negative leave allowance, within reason, meaning you do not need to have accrued leave before taking a holiday.

    Flexible work attire

    Scrap the suit and tie, all we ask is that employee are dressed appropriately for any last minute client or candidate meetings
