We are partnering with a respected government organisation to recruit an experienced Workday Systems Consultant with strong technical expertise in the Workday system. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to meaningful HR transformation initiative.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, configuration, testing, and ongoing enhancement of the Workday HCM
system to improve functionality, ensure data integrity, and enhance user experience.
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable HRIS solutions that align with organisational objectives.
- Partner with stakeholders across the business to deliver expert support, insights, and system solutions aligned with strategic workforce planning.
- Conduct system audits, oversee testing, monitor performance, and ensure system compliance, data quality, and reliability.
- Keep abreast of evolving Workday capabilities and industry trends while mentoring internal team members and contributing to system roadmaps and documentation.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in HR Systems/People & Capability roles within medium to large organisations.
- Demonstrated experience with Workday – this is essential.
- Ability to analyse business needs and deliver practical, forward-thinking system solutions.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
