Public Sector People are partnering with a local government organisation to recruit for an Waste Services Customer Service Officer
  
Contract: 3 months | Immediate Start
Hourly Pay Rate: $45+ p/h + Super
  
Responsibilities: 

• Reviewing and processing documentation, correspondence and reports
• Processing invoices and raising purchase orders
• Organising meetings including; taking meeting minutes, preparing meeting rooms etc
• Customer service dealing with waste enquiries 
• Responding to customer enquiries via email and phone calls

  
Essential:

• 12+ months experience in an administration support role within local government or working in a politically sensitive environment
• Customer service within 12 months in council
• Previous experience with TechOne, Content Manager/TRIM, Authority or Pathway highly regarded
