Contract: 6 months | Immediate Start
Hourly Pay Rate: $45+ p/h + Super

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Waste and Resource Recovery team
- Process service requests, work orders and internal enquiries related to waste operations
- Maintain accurate records, databases and spreadsheets using council systems
- Enter, update and reconcile waste service data, contractor information and service logs
- Manage incoming correspondence, emails and documentation for the waste team
- Assist with invoice processing, reporting and basic data reconciliation
- Support compliance and audit requirements through accurate record keeping
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, contractors and service providers as required
- Undertake general administrative tasks including filing, scanning and document control
- Assist with customer enquiries related to waste services when required
Essential:
- 2+ years experience in an waste administration support role within local government or working in a politically sensitive environment
- Previous experience with TechOne, Content Manager/TRIM, Authority or Pathway highly regarded
