Traffic Engineer

Public Sector People are currently partnering with a Sydney based local government organisation to recruit for a Traffic Engineer.
  
Position: Traffic Engineer  
Contract length: 6months with potential to extend
Pay rate: Up to $65  p/h + super
  
Responsibilities: 

• Permit applications, Construction Traffic Management Plan review
• Respond to customer requests and enquiries relating to traffic, parking, transport matters.
• Provide technical input and advice on transport and traffic projects.

  
Essential:

• Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in a Traffic/Transport Engineering position
• NSW Local Government experience is preferred.
