About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled Test Lead / Manager to oversee and manage the testing activities for a major program. You will be responsible for developing test strategies, plans, and cases, ensuring the quality and reliability of software solutions. Your expertise in Waterfall methodology and large-scale program integration testing will be crucial to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans.
- Lead and manage a team of testers in an onshore/offshore working environment.
- Oversee the execution of test cases and ensure thorough test coverage.
- Conduct API testing using tools such as Postman and SoapUI.
- Ensure a good understanding of non-functional test methodology.
- Manage data migration testing, performance testing and accessibility testing when needed.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Establish work priorities and manage deadlines effectively.
- Provide support for digital design, development, testing, and business change management activities.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and excellent verbal and written communication.
- Minimum 10 years' Waterfall experience in software testing.
- 5 years' extensive experience in a Test Manager/Test Lead role.
- Strong background in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to oversee and drive the testing lifecycle across complex projects.
- Experience in developing test strategy, test plans and test cases of large-scale projects.
- Excellent ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
