Tenancy Manager
A well-established, purpose-driven organisation is seeking a Tenancy Manager to join its Housing Services team. With a strong footprint across Queensland, the organisation delivers safe, affordable housing and supports individuals and families to sustain long-term tenancies.
The Opportunity
You will join a collaborative housing team responsible for managing end-to-end tenancy portfolios. This role plays a key part in supporting sustainable tenancies, maintaining property standards, and working closely with tenants and support services to achieve positive housing outcomes.
Key Responsibilities - Manage a portfolio of tenancies, acting as the primary point of contact for residents
- Support allocations, onboarding, and tenancy sustainment
- Conduct routine inspections and coordinate maintenance and repairs
- Manage rent arrears, disputes, and tenancy-related matters
- Liaise with support services and external stakeholders to provide wraparound support
- Contribute to community engagement and positive tenant outcomes
About You
- Experience in tenancy/property management, housing, or community services
- Confident working with vulnerable or diverse client groups
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage competing priorities
- Well organised with a high level of attention to detail
- Collaborative approach with both internal teams and external partners
- Relevant qualification in social work, housing, or community services (desirable)
- Case management experience (advantageous)
