Public Sector People is seeking an experienced recruiter and people leader to step into a Team Leader- Contract Recruitment role.

This role leads a well-established, high-performing contract recruitment team of 5, with an average tenure of 3.5 years and strong, long-standing relationships across local government and the broader public sector. PSP is a recognised brand in the market, operating with a boutique, specialist feel and a strong focus on quality and trust.

As Team Leader, you’ll focus on leading and developing people, setting clear direction, and continuing to uplift performance across the function.
