Team Administrator – Sydney CBD Full-time | 35-hour working week | 5 days in the office | $65,000–$70,000 + Super
Working with a fast-paced recruitment consultancy in the Sydney CBD, we're looking for a Team Administrator to join our Operations team.
This role is all about ownership, reliability and being the go-to person. You'll work closely with our team of professional recruiters, supporting them in their day-to-day operations and helping the office run smoothly. If you're proactive, curious and ready to jump in where needed, we'd love to hear from you.
We operate three specialist recruitment brands, providing expert recruitment services across the construction, engineering, property, government and IT sectors throughout Australia. About the Role You'll play a key role in ensuring our office operates efficiently and our team is supported. Your responsibilities will include:
- Being the friendly, approachable first point of contact for the office and assisting consultants promptly.
- Managing office supplies, calendars and maintaining the general presentation of the office.
- Supporting the onboarding and offboarding of staff.
- Maintaining internal databases and spreadsheets.
- Managing candidate contracts and compliance.
- Helping the team run smoothly by assisting with ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
