Responsibilities

Supervising residential maintenance works delivered by contractors and internal trades.
Inspecting properties and managing onsite activities.
Engaging with contractors, seeking quotes, and raising work orders.
Coordinating building project scoping, including site inspections and asbestos sampling.
Supporting the delivery of construction and upgrade projects by managing office, field staff, and subcontractors.

Key duties

Deliver maintenance services via internal trades and contractors.
Communicate with stakeholders and complete necessary paperwork.
Ensure safety compliance and uphold procurement and HR practices.
Report to the Senior Supervisor.

Successful candidate

Experience in building maintenance supervision.
A track record of successful project delivery.
Strong skills in contract management.
Solid understanding of Workplace Health & Safety (WH&S) standards.
Good computer skills for managing documentation and reports.
A team-oriented mindset and positive attitude.
