Key Responsibilities:
- Uphold the contractual obligations of all parties with integrity and fairness.
- Perform site inspections, manage meetings, issue variation orders, and process contractor claims.
- Ensure compliance with contract documentation and Building Act standards.
- Provide expert advice to support dispute resolution and contractual issues.
- Implement policies for contract administration and post-contract evaluations.
- Communicate effectively with clients and project teams regarding costs, timelines, and quality issues.
- Mentor and guide staff to enhance skills and performance.
Successful candidate:
- Strong knowledge of contract administration processes, including traditional and non-traditional contracts.
- Proven experience in managing government building contracts (highly desirable).
- Experience with building inspections & reports
- Great interpersonal skills
- Great stakeholder management skills
- Commitment to equity, workplace health, and safety principles.
