Strategic Transport Planner

Public Sector People are partnering with a local government organisation to recruit for Strategic Transport Planner based in Sydney.
  
Contract: 3-6 months with view to go permanent
Competitive hourly rate: $68 p/h + Super
  
Responsibilities: 

• Lead and support implementation of Council’s Integrated Transport Strategy
• Provide strategic transport planning advice to support the delivery of CBD and local centre strategies.
• Assess and respond to State Government initiatives to advocate for local transport priorities.

  
Essential:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Urban/Town Planning or Transport Engineers
• Minimum 3+ years experience in a Strategic Transport Planning position or equivalent
