We are working with a government organisation seeking an experienced Solution Architect to support a new CRM-based initiative. The successful candidate will play a key role in establishing the solution architecture function and ensuring strong technical foundations are in place from the outset.

This opportunity also involves providing guidance and mentorship, bringing both leadership and technical depth to the function.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development of scalable and fit-for-purpose solution designs.
Translate complex business and technical requirements into clear architectural direction.
Ensure alignment with architectural standards, governance, and compliance.
Identify risks and issues and propose effective mitigation strategies.
Coach and support internal staff to build long-term capability.
Engage with a broad range of stakeholders to ensure clarity, alignment, and delivery focus.

About You:

Strong experience as a Solution Architect (ideally at the AO8 level or equivalent).
Proven background in designing solutions within enterprise environments, particularly CRM or integrated systems.
Skilled in working collaboratively across business and technical teams.
Confident mentoring and guiding less experienced team members.
MUST be available to start immediately
