Public Sector People have partnered with a Council in Sydney who are seeking a Service Review Officer to join them from June/July.

12 month contract
$50-60ph + super
Flexible working policy

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support service review projects, including timelines, documentation, stakeholder engagement, and compliance.
Collect and analyse data to inform recommendations for service and process improvement.
Provide guidance and support to business units implementing change.
Prepare clear, structured reports and maintain thorough project documentation.
Act as a liaison with external consultants and assist in internal and community consultations.

About you:

Demonstrated experience in a similar position in government - Local, State or Federal
Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and consultation
Sound understanding of Local Government Act 1993
