The Opportunity
We’re seeking an experienced
IT Support Officer
to assist with a
Windows 11 rollout project. You'll be part of a collaborative ICT team, providing IT support, and delivering training to staff on the new image. This is a full-time, on-site role based in
Western Sydney, with a vehicle provided for site visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide level 1 and 2 support for hardware, software, and desktop environments
- Assist with the rollout, configuration, and support of Windows 11
- Support device management using Intune
and Autopilot
(not essential)
- Deliver end-user training and handovers
- Travel to various council sites as required (vehicle provided)
About You
- Proven experience in IT support
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Windows 11
- Familiarity with Intune
and Autopilot
is a bonus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills is essential
- Unrestricted C Class driver’s licence
- Experience working in local government
is highly desirable
