Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality customer service and ensure user satisfaction through prompt issue resolution
- Log, monitor, and manage IT requests using service management tools
- Guide users through troubleshooting steps and basic technical support processes
- Maintain accurate documentation, user guides, and support materials
- Provide training and assistance on software and applications
- Identify opportunities to improve service desk procedures and user experience
- Collaborate with technical teams by escalating complex issues appropriate
Essential Requirements: - Prior experience in a Service Desk or IT Support environment
- Government experience
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Ability to manage and prioritise multiple support requests
- A collaborative, proactive attitude with a focus on continuous learning
- Experience supporting business applications and Windows environments
