Service Desk Officer| Immediate Start | 3 Month contract | NSW Government | $50 per hour + super Public Sector People (PSP) is currently looking to speak to a Service Desk Support Officer who would be interested in a 3 month contract within a sydney based local government organisation.

- Experienced in Level 1 & 2 service desk support.
Do you have: - Experience in providing IT support, including both phone and deskside services.
- Experience working in in local government.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- A solid understanding of Microsoft Network/OS and Office applications.
- Experience supporting Citrix environments is highly desirable.
- ITIL foundation knowledge is a plus.
- Unrestricted driver's license (C Class) and the ability to travel across work sites.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- A proactive and results-oriented approach, with a commitment to continuous learning.
