About the Role: Are you passionate about IT support and ready to develop your skills in a Level 1-2 Service Desk role? We’re looking for a friendly, hands-on support officer to join our onsite team in Scenic Rim. If you enjoy helping people and thrive in a busy environment, this could be the perfect fit for you!
What You’ll Do
- Provide IT support through walk-ups, phone calls, and emails
- Assist a wide variety of users — from tradespeople like plumbers to field workers
- Support approximately 400 end users in a fast-paced service desk environment
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate when needed
- Deliver excellent customer service with a positive and approachable attitude
What We’re Looking For
- Experience or interest in a service desk or IT support role (Level 1-2)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse users
- Ability to work full-time onsite in Scenic Rim
- Willingness to learn quickly and grow within the role
- Reliable, customer-focused, and a great team player
