You will be a TechnologyOne specialist with a strong focus on Business Process Automation, Reporting and Analytics, ETL, and system integration within a TechnologyOne environment. You will bring hands-on experience supporting and maintaining TechnologyOne business process workflows, configurations, and integrations, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into efficient, automated, and data‑driven solutions. You will also have a solid understanding of data warehousing and data modelling concepts, with practical experience working with TechnologyOne data and processes to design, deliver, and support scalable reporting and insight‑driven dashboards that enable effective business operations and decision‑making.

You will be responsible for:
- Implementing, maintaining, and supporting new Technology One Ci Anywhere system modules
- Providing technical support, advice, and problem-solving on Property and Rating and Technology One systems
- Undertaking system testing for upgrades or new software releases
- Delivering business analysis services, translating processes into technical solutions
- Managing integration work between multiple systems
- Communicating effectively with business users, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless technology solutions
- Producing clear, comprehensive documentation to support knowledge sharing across teams
- Experience with Technology One and Property and Rating Systems
- Strong Microsoft SQL skills, including databases, queries, and data analytics
- Proven technical expertise in business analysis, system integration, and process translation
- High-level verbal and written communication skills
