Public Sector People are partnering with The Hills Shire Council to recruit an experienced Senior System Analyst. You’ll bring a strong background in business analysis, SQL databases, and system integration, with hands-on experience supporting and maintaining systems, and the ability to translate complex business processes into smart technical solutions. Experience with Technology One is highly desirable.

You will be responsible for:

Implementing, maintaining, and supporting new Technology One Ci Anywhere system modules
Providing technical support, advice, and problem-solving on Property and Rating and Technology One systems
Undertaking system testing for upgrades or new software releases
Delivering business analysis services, translating processes into technical solutions
Managing integration work between multiple systems
Communicating effectively with business users, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless technology solutions
Producing clear, comprehensive documentation to support knowledge sharing across teams

What You’ll Bring:

Experience with Technology One and Property and Rating Systems
Strong Microsoft SQL skills, including databases, queries, and data analytics
Proven technical expertise in business analysis, system integration, and process translation
Experience with Power BI or SSRS reporting tools
Knowledge of ECM administration and ETL processes
High-level verbal and written communication skills
