• Developing planning strategies for housing, centres and transport.
• Delivering LEP and DCP reform through a comprehensive review.
• Leading key policy initiatives from concept to implementation.
• Engaging with stakeholders, government, and the community.
• Influencing decisions around social and affordable housing.
• Managing student planners and contributing to a culture of collaboration and excellence.  

• A degree in Urban Planning (essential)
• Experience in strategic planning and policy development.
• Strong project delivery skills with the ability to manage timelines and priorities.
• A collaborative, forward-thinking mindset — with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.

• Two-year fixed term contract with the potential to transition to a permanent role
