Senior Project Manager

• Coordinate and manage building projects across all phases — predesign, design, documentation, contract administration, and post-occupancy evaluation.
• Serve as the key interface with clients, maintaining strong communication and ensuring operational requirements are met.
• Manage procurement activities for building projects, including contractual aspects and parameters of time, cost, and quality.
• Liaise with client representatives to ensure projects align with organizational and stakeholder requirements.
• Engage, liaise with, and coordinate external consultants and internal Portfolio staff throughout all stages of project delivery.
• Provide expert advice to client representatives on procurement strategies and project programming.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of Business Unit Quality Assurance policies and operational procedures.
• Maintain project data in Ellipse, including billing, scheduling, reporting, and contract payment authorization.
• Apply and promote employment equity, workplace health and safety, and diversity principles in all aspects of project management.

• Degree in Project Management or Construction Management (or equivalent qualification).

• Demonstrated experience in project contract management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project (MS Project).
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Proven ability to deliver projects within agreed time, cost, and quality frameworks.
• Sound knowledge of government or large-scale infrastructure project environments.
