Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and procurement strategies.
- Prepare construction briefs and tender documents for consultants and contractors.
- Oversee contractor and consultant performance, compliance, and deliverables.
- Manage all project phases – design, delivery, commissioning, and handover.
- Act as Principal’s Representative and/or Contract Superintendent.
- Ensure documentation and processes meet project, legal, and safety standards.
- Lead internal and external teams to deliver successful outcomes.
Successful Candidate - Experience in managing client-side building and infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of contract law, construction practices, and procurement.
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage stakeholder interests.
- Excellent communication, reporting, and documentation skills.
- Qualifications or education in building construction or a related field.
- Knowledge of the Australian Standard for tendering and contract management.
