Senior IT Project Coordinator
to support a major ERP implementation program.

About the Role
In this role, you will coordinate the delivery of a large-scale ERP system implementation by managing program schedules, risks, and stakeholder relationships. You will support the Program Director and Project Manager with high-level documentation, reporting, governance updates, and coordination across multiple streams.
- Manage program schedules and coordinate stakeholder engagement throughout the design, development, and implementation of a major ERP system
- Proactively identify, document, and manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies to minimise disruptions and maintain progress
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective consultation and a collaborative approach to project delivery
- Provide guidance and mentorship to project teams, promoting best practices in project management, change management, and business analysis
- Prepare high-quality documentation, including project plans, governance reports, options papers, and communications, presenting complex issues with clear, actionable recommendations
Key Criteria: - Proven experience coordinating IT projects within the public sector, not-for-profit, education or healthcare
environments
- Tertiary qualifications in business admin, governance or project management, or equivalent experience
- Strong skills across MS Office Suite, MS Project, SharePoint, Teams and enterprise document management systems
- Demonstrated experience in program coordination, financial tracking, vendor liaison and reporting
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to guide and support a wide range of stakeholders
- A current Victorian Driver’s Licence and willingness to undergo a police check
