As Senior Facilities Supervisor, you’ll oversee the daily operations and service delivery of facilities across the departments corporate portfolio. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building strong stakeholder relationships, managing contractor performance, and ensuring smooth delivery of maintenance, projects, and staff relocations. You'll be hands-on in creating well-functioning workspaces that support frontline corporate teams.

Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate day-to-day facilities services across leased department sites
- Ensure contracted services are delivered effectively and meet client expectations
- Build strong, solution-focused relationships with internal stakeholders and contractors
- Oversee minor works, refurbishments, and office relocations
- Maintain compliance with WHS, building regulations, and government policies
- Provide high-level advice and reporting on contractor performance and service delivery
- Supervise and support one direct report
Successful candidate
- Strong understanding of building regulations, safety standards, and government frameworks
- Excellent communication, stakeholder, and contract management skills
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with attention to detail
- Experience managing facilities services, including refurbishments and relocations
- A collaborative leadership style that builds trust and team cohesion
- Previous trade qualifications/ fit out experience
- Experience in government maintenance or minor works projects
