We are partnering with a large and complex organisation to recruit an experienced Senior ER Business Partner to provide strategic and operational leadership across workplace relations, employee relations and people partnering functions.

About the Role Reporting into a senior People & Culture leader, you will provide expert advice and leadership across a broad range of workplace relations and HR matters. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver practical, commercially focused and people-centred solutions across a dynamic and evolving workforce.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading workplace relations and employee relations initiatives across a complex organisation
- Providing strategic advice to senior leaders on ER/IR matters, investigations, organisational change and workforce issues
- Managing complex workplace matters including performance, conduct, grievances and dispute resolution
- Supporting organisational change initiatives and workforce planning activities
- Developing and implementing contemporary people policies, frameworks and processes
- Building strong stakeholder relationships and influencing outcomes across all levels of the organisation
- Leading and coaching a high-performing team while fostering capability and continuous improvement
- Ensuring compliance with employment legislation, industrial instruments and best-practice people frameworks
About You You are an experienced workplace relations professional with a strong background managing complex employee and industrial relations matters within large, complex and service-focused organisations. You bring a balanced and pragmatic approach to navigating workplace challenges and are confident providing trusted advice to leaders across a broad range of people matters.
You are comfortable working in environments with diverse stakeholder groups, evolving priorities and complex workforce considerations. With strong workplace relations expertise, you are confident managing sensitive matters, supporting organisational change and driving positive workplace outcomes.
You will bring:
- Demonstrated experience in a senior Workplace Relations, Employee Relations or HR leadership role
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation, industrial instruments and contemporary people practices
- Experience managing complex workplace matters, investigations and organisational change initiatives
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships and influence outcomes across diverse stakeholder groups
- Strong leadership capability with experience coaching and developing teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills, with a collaborative and solutions-focused approach
