Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and delivering reporting tools, dashboards, and analytics solutions.
- Partnering with stakeholders to define business requirements and performance indicators.
- Ensuring data integrity and system performance.
- Providing expert advice on reporting frameworks, business systems, and process improvement.
- Strong technical expertise in SQL, Power BI, SSRS, APIs, and advanced Excel.
- Experience with business or case management systems and system administration.
- The ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for decision-makers.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
