Public Sector People are partnering with a local government organisation to recruit for a Records Officer.
Contract: 3 month contract with potential to extend
Hourly Pay Rate: $35 p/h + super
Responsibilities:
- Management of Councils inbox and hardcopy correspondence creating, maintaining, allocation and distribution across Council
- Management, classification and distribution of the City of Parramatta’s centralised e-mail account, electronic media and hardcopy correspondence using the Electronic Document Record Management System (EDRMS) and integrated systems.
- Enter, create, maintain and extract data/information from databases, EDRMS, pathway, spread sheets including customer requests and legacy systems
Essential:
- 2+ years experience in an administration support role within local government
- Previous experience with TechOne, Content Manager/TRIM, Authority or Pathway highly regarded
