Project Manager – Business Transformation

We’re on the lookout for a dynamic Project Manager to help drive a series of business-led transformation initiatives focused on enhancing how infrastructure services are delivered.

In this role, you’ll be leading key business projects that support the setup of new functions and teams, with a strong focus on improving internal processes, governance, and delivery capability. You’ll work across a diverse stakeholder group in a high-paced environment where outcomes and collaboration matter.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading the planning and rollout of strategic projects from start to finish
• Coordinating across multiple business areas to align delivery with organisational priorities
• Creating and maintaining delivery frameworks, timelines, and reporting dashboards
• Identifying and addressing risks, dependencies, and change impacts
• Supporting business readiness and embedding sustainable practices
• Shaping and driving change with input from senior leadership and operational teams

What you’ll bring:

• Hands-on experience with project tools such as JIRA, Excel, SharePoint, or MS Project
• Solid background delivering business improvement or organisational change projects
• Experience setting up new teams, structures or business functions is highly valued
• Skilled communicator who can influence outcomes without formal authority.
• Familiar with structured delivery approaches like Agile, PRINCE2, or similar
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining momentum and clarity
