Project Engineer (PSR)

• Scheduling and coordinating project resources
• Document control and compliance tracking
• Procurement coordination and cost tracking
• Monitoring project progress and preparing reports
• Coordinating subcontractors, materials, and site activities
• Supporting delivery of road construction, electrical, and maintenance works
• Ensuring safety and quality standards are maintained across project activities
• Maintaining accurate records and project documentation
• Working collaboratively within a team to deliver projects efficiently
• Ensuring compliance with Workplace Health and Safety standards at all times

• Demonstrates strong knowledge of road construction & maintenance
• Leads by example and sets high standards for quality and performance
• Shows a strong work ethic and ownership of tasks
• Works effectively independently and as part of a team
• Maintains accurate records and seeks feedback for continuous improvement
• Demonstrates confidence and sound judgement when making decisions
• Understands when to escalate issues to ensure project risks are properly managed
• Is committed to Workplace Health & Safety, Equal Employment Opportunity, and anti-discrimination principles

• A current Queensland “C” class driver’s license (or equivalent)
• A current White Card
• Willingness to undertake reasonable travel to project site
• Flexibility to work hours outside of regular day shift (nightworks & overtime)
• Full PPE gear

• Experience in road maintenance, construction, or similar field
• Civil construction background with added structures experience
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Previous leadership or coordination experience
