Project Delivery Officer – Public Space

Temporary Contract | $49 per hour + super | 1 Month
Melbourne's South

We are seeking a Project Delivery Officer – Public Space to join a dynamic local government team on a short-term contract.

This role will play a key part in supporting the planning and delivery of public space projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes for both Council and the community.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the planning, design, and delivery of public space projects.
Provide project management support and contribute to policy development.
Coordinate effective communication across Council departments and with the community.
Lead stakeholder consultation to ensure projects align with community needs.
Provide technical advice on public place planning and project delivery.

About You:

Experience in project management or delivery within local government.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes within tight timeframes.
Background in design, planning, or public space development will be highly regarded.
