Our client is seeking a
Procurement & Contracts Business Partner
to drive strategic procurement outcomes and enhance contract management maturity across the organisation. This is an opportunity to work in a collaborative local government environment, partnering with key stakeholders to ensure best-practice procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide procurement and contract management advice, documentation, training, and support across the organisation.
- Work closely with various departments, including General Council Services and Operations, to deliver value-driven procurement solutions.
- Enhance the organisation’s procurement and contract management maturity through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures while delivering strategic procurement outcomes.
About You
- Minimum three years’ experience in end-to-end procurement functions.
- Tertiary qualification in Procurement, Supply Chain, Law, or Business.
- Strong background in the public sector, not-for-profit, education, or healthcare industries.
- Proven ability to provide expert procurement advice, training, and support to stakeholders.
