Senior Early Childhood Leadership Role

$120,000 - $130,000 per annum + super 

An opportunity is available for an experienced early childhood leader to step into a Preschool Director role within a well-established early learning service in Sydney.

This position will suit someone currently operating at Centre Director or Nominated Supervisor level, or an experienced leader ready to take on broader responsibility. The role focuses on service leadership, quality oversight and team management, within a stable and well-supported environment.

You’ll be responsible for leading a small team, maintaining strong compliance and quality standards, and working closely with families and stakeholders to ensure the service continues to operate at a high level. This is a role for someone who enjoys accountability, structure and setting the tone for practice, rather than being hands-on in the room day-to-day.
About you:

• Proven experience in early childhood education at a leadership level
• Strong understanding of compliance and quality frameworks
• Confident, steady leadership style with a collaborative approach
• Ability to operate autonomously while engaging with broader stakeholders
