As a Surveyor, you will deliver engineering surveying services across all stages of road infrastructure projects, including planning, design, construction, and ongoing management. Working within the North Coast Region survey team, you will play a key role in delivering projects in line with TMR Surveying Standards.
Key Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for managing surveying activities throughout the project lifecycle to ensure outcomes meet required objectives. Your duties will include:
- Adhering to applicable standards, policies, guidelines, and legislative requirements
- Identifying and addressing quality requirements across projects
- Delivering specialized survey work and providing expert advice on geospatial applications to a wide range of stakeholders
- Ensuring projects achieve value for money and align with best practices
- Planning, coordinating, supervising, and supporting team members as needed
Mandatory Requirements - A minimum three-year degree in Surveying from a recognized institution, or qualifications suitable for registration with the Surveyors Board of Queensland
- A current Class C driver’s license
- Valid CPR and First Aid certification
- Required personal protective equipment (PPE), including hi-vis long-sleeve shirt, wide-brim hat, and steel-cap boots
- Willingness to travel to construction sites as required (details to be agreed upon appointment)
