Organisational Development Consultant

• Pay: $70 per hour + 12% super
• Location: South Brisbane - Logan
• Client: Logan city council
• Start date: ASAP
• Contract length: 6-month contract with extension
• Hours: 37.5hours per week Monday to Friday – WFH

• Design and deliver strategic organisational development initiatives including leadership development, culture programs, workforce planning, performance frameworks, and capability-building activities for leaders and teams.
• Lead project and change management for major people initiatives managing end-to-end project delivery, developing communication and engagement plans, and ensuring successful adoption of new ways of working across Council.
• Engage, advise and influence stakeholders at all levels consulting with leaders, HR partners, and external providers to understand needs, provide expert OD advice, and build change readiness while maintaining strong communication and collaboration.

• Available to start immediately.
• High-level interpersonal skills with the ability to engage, consult and influence stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with a flair for clear and concise advice
• A positive, proactive mindset and a genuine commitment to employee wellbeing
• Familiarity with change, public sector frameworks and modern workplace practices
