two experienced
Organisational Change Manager
on a contract until
30th October 2026
(with opportunity to extend).
The role: - Two positions available!
- Pay rate $98.95 per hour + super
- Brisbane CBD location | ASAP Start
- Exposure to a highly recognised State Government Organization
- Temporary contract until October 30th, 2026, + extension
To provide expert advice, coaching, guidance and support to key stakeholders within the department to build organisational capability in leading, managing and supporting change and improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities will include but not limited to: - Deliver and manage capability development strategies to address change capability gaps across all levels of employees in the department.
- Deliver authoritative, strategic, and tactical advice to key clients and stakeholders on organisation change and effectiveness and provide capability development strategies and solutions to address needs.
- Contribute to other strategic human resources management and organizational development projects in the Organization Development, change and inclusion team.

- Builds and sustains relationships to enable the collaborative delivery of customer focused outcomes.
- Experience in managing, leading and facilitating change workshops to employees across all levels of employees.
- Expert in gathering insights and embraces new ideas and innovation to inform future practice.
- Fosters an inclusive workplace where health safety and wellbeing is promoted and prioritised.
