We’re seeking an experienced
Organisational Change Manager
to lead people-focused change across major ICT initiatives. This role will see you driving adoption of new systems and processes, supporting business transformation, and ensuring change is embedded and sustained.
What you’ll be doing: - Develop and deliver tailored change management strategies for ICT programs.
- Lead stakeholder engagement, communications, and training to support adoption.
- Partner with project teams to ensure people impacts are understood and managed.
- Monitor, measure, and report on change outcomes and business readiness.
What we’re looking for: - Proven experience delivering organisational change within ICT projects.
- Strong knowledge of change management frameworks (e.g. Prosci, ADKAR).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to balance strategy with hands-on delivery in fast-paced environments.
