We are partnering with a local council to recruit an
Office Administrator
to join their Corporate Services Directorate. This is a temporary part-time opportunity, working
24 hours per week
until
31 January 2026.
The details: - Location: Victoria’s Wimmera region, 3.5 hours north-west of Melbourne
- Contract: ASAP until 31 January 2026
- Hours: 24 hours per week
- Pay: $37.43 per hour + super
This role is ideal for someone with proven administration and customer service experience who is ready to contribute to a busy and supportive team.
What you’ll be doing: - Providing a wide range of administrative support to Corporate Services staff.
- Delivering high-quality customer service, including cashier, reception and telephone duties.
- Assisting customers to complete application and registration forms accurately.
- Updating the internal customer information database and flagging any process issues or concerns.
What we’re looking for: - Previous workplace experience in the public sector, not-for-profit, education, or healthcare sectors
in a similar role.
- A background in cashiering, face to face and telephone customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
