Modern Digital Workplace Support Officer
to join their dynamic IT Services team.
You’ll provide exceptional support for modern end user technologies in an Evergreen environment. You'll help ensure staff have the tools and support they need to work seamlessly—anytime, anywhere. This position is ideal for someone with strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-level support across desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and related peripherals
- Evaluate, implement, and manage Evergreen hardware and software solutions
- Contribute to ongoing service improvements in line with user personas and organisational needs
- Support software lifecycle activities, including testing, deployment, upgrades, and decommissioning
- Create user-friendly technical documentation and knowledge base articles
- Assist in asset management and lifecycle planning for IT hardware and software
- Produce reports and insights on persona usage, asset health, and lifecycle forecasting
- Provide hands-on support for ICT procurement and audits
What You Bring
- Solid experience supporting end user computing in a digital or modern workplace environment
- Strong understanding of Evergreen technology principles and asset lifecycle management
- Proficiency in analysing technical requirements and interpreting business needs
- Knowledge of ITIL processes (certification desirable)
- Experience supporting and managing hardware assets and persona-based user environments
- Immediately available to start
