Public Sector People are partnering with the City of Logan to appoint a Modern Digital Workplace Analyst within its Information Technology Services branch.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering a secure, contemporary and high-performing Modern Digital Workplace environment that enables staff to work anytime, anywhere — supporting one of Queensland’s fastest-growing councils.

The Role
Reporting to the Modern Digital Workplace Team Leader, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of Council’s Modern Digital Workplace environment across Windows 10 Evergreen, Microsoft Endpoint (SCCM, Intune, Autopilot), Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and mobile device platforms.

You will ensure operational effectiveness across desktops, mobiles and tablets, maintaining compliance with IT standards and security patching requirements while delivering a seamless end-user experience.
Key responsibilities include:

• Developing roadmaps and service improvement plans
• Managing compliance, security patching and risk mitigation
• Maintaining deployment environments, application packaging and integrations
• Producing clear documentation and supporting service desk uplift
• Managing vendors and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

This role operates with a high degree of autonomy and will manage minor works and ongoing enhancement projects under limited direction.

About You
You are a technically strong Modern Desktop professional who combines deep platform knowledge with strong stakeholder engagement capability.

You will bring:

• Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience
• Strong hands-on experience across Windows Evergreen and MDM frameworks
• Proven capability with Microsoft Endpoint (SCCM, Intune, Autopilot) and Microsoft 365 environments
• Experience uplifting or improving MDM / Evergreen solutions
• Strong troubleshooting capability across hybrid and cloud environments
• Clear communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders

You thrive in fast-paced, customer-focused environments and take ownership of escalations, service improvement and delivery outcomes.
