We have partnered with a large Government Department seeking an experienced IT Project Management Lead to support a significant enterprise transformation program involving the migration from SAP ECC6 to SAP S/4HANA.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a major Queensland Government organisation during a critical phase of delivery and contribute to a large, complex body of work.

About the Role You will work closely with key stakeholders, project teams, and vendors to help drive delivery outcomes across the SAP transformation program. The role requires strong project leadership capability within complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

Support delivery of the SAP S/4HANA implementation program
Coordinate and manage project activities across multiple workstreams
Engage with business and technical stakeholders
Assist with project governance, reporting, risks, and dependencies
Drive project outcomes within a large-scale transformation environment

About You

Proven experience as an IT Project Manager / PM Lead
Previous involvement in SAP transformation programs, ideally ECC6 to S/4HANA
Strong stakeholder engagement and delivery capability
Experience working within Government or Health environments highly regarded
Ability to operate within complex enterprise programs
