Lead Cyber Incident Responder – 12 Month Contract

Public Sector People has partnered with a Federal Government agency to recruit an experienced Lead Cyber Incident Responder for an exciting 12-month contract opportunity.

As the Lead Cyber Incident Responder, you will play a key role in protecting enterprise environments and leading cyber security incident response activities end-to-end. This position will suit a hands-on cyber professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and can confidently manage technical incidents while engaging with a broad range of stakeholders.

Do you have:

• Proven hands-on technical cyber security incident response expertise, including managing cyber incidents from end-to-end
• Strong technical capability across Microsoft security tools related to cyber security incident response
• Ability to investigate, analyse and respond to cyber threats with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to provide technical findings, recommendations and incident updates to both technical and non-technical stakeholders across all levels
• Ability to obtain Negative Vetting Level 1 (NV1) clearance
