Infrastructure Service Management | System Administration & Request Governance

We are seeking an experienced Advisor – Assets & Standards to support the Infrastructure ServiceNow environment, with a strong focus on system administration, request management, and end-to-end workflow governance.
This role is critical in ensuring ServiceNow operates as a structured, efficient, and well-governed platform for infrastructure requests, approvals, and service delivery.

About the Role
As the Advisor – Assets & Standards, you will act as a central point of coordination for Infrastructure ServiceNow request management. You will oversee operational workflows, improve process consistency, and ensure all requests are accurately triaged, documented, and progressed through appropriate governance channels.
You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and governance forums to ensure seamless service delivery and transparent decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Support & Request Management
  • Manage daily ServiceNow Infrastructure operations, including request triage, logging, tracking, and closure
  • Act as the main point of contact for infrastructure requests
  • Maintain end-to-end visibility of the request lifecycl
  • Liaise with business users to clarify requirements and provide updates
  • Coordinate across technical and delivery teams
  • Support timely and effective decision-making
  • Coordinate end-to-end approval and governance processes
  • Prepare briefing notes, decision papers, and supporting documentation
  • Maintain full audit trail and ensure compliance with governance frameworks
  • Process Improvement & Standardisation

About You
  • Experience in ServiceNow administration or coordination
  • Strong background in workflow, service delivery, or governance
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously
  • Strong documentation and process mapping skills
  • Continuous improvement mindset
