About the Role - Initial 4-month contract - likely to extend
- $44ph + super
- December start
This is a hands-on, collaborative role where no two days are the same, and your contribution directly impacts Council’s ability to attract, retain and support its people.
What You’ll Bring: - Solid experience in HR, recruitment and employee relations.
- Tertiary qualifications (Diploma or higher) and/or relevant experience in HR, recruitment, or employee relations
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- A sound understanding of contemporary HR practices and issues
- Knowledge of relevant legislation affecting HR in local government
- Local, State or Commonwealth Government experience highly desirable.
