Health, Safety & Wellbeing Business Partner

• Act as a trusted business partner to leaders and employees, embedding a strong safety and wellbeing culture
• Provide specialist advice across OHS, WorkCover, injury management and return-to-work
• Coordinate return-to-work programs and manage complex WorkCover matters
• Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, inspections and incident investigations
• Support compliance with OHS legislation, Council policies and child safety obligations
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aligned with organisational priorities
• Deliver coaching and guidance to leaders on safety, wellbeing and injury management responsibilities

• Proven experience in a Health, Safety & Wellbeing or Injury Management Business Partner role
• Strong working knowledge of OHS legislation, WorkCover and return-to-work frameworks
• Confident engaging with leaders and operational teams, including outdoor workforces
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Relevant qualification in OHS, Injury Management, Allied Health or similar (or significant equivalent experience)
• Return-to-Work Coordinator certification highly regarded

• Immediate start
• 3-month contract with potential for extension
