About the Role

This is not a corporate risk role. It’s a hands-on, technically aligned ICT Governance position embedded within a large scale IT branch. Your focus will be on supporting cybersecurity frameworks, audit readiness, compliance activities, and ICT GRC reporting within a large, complex ICT environment.

Key Responsibilities

Support the implementation and maintenance of ICT governance frameworks and methodologies.
Contribute to audit preparation, IS18 Attestation, and compliance reporting.
Assist in improving security posture using frameworks such as ISO27001, ISM, and the ACSC Essential Eight.
Coordinate ICT GRC activities, develop audit responses, and track remediation.
Deliver clear and concise reporting to senior stakeholders.
Provide secretariat support for ICT governance forums and committees

Essential requirements

2+ years in IT GRC, security audit, or compliance roles.
Familiar with ICT environments in Local, State, or Federal Government.
Qualifications or demonstrated experience in cybersecurity, governance, or information management.
Experience with SFIA-aligned capabilities such as Business Process Improvement and Information Management.
