We are currently partnering with a purpose-driven Not-for-Profit organisation to appoint an experienced Finance Manager to lead and oversee the organisation’s financial operations.

This is an opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys working in a purpose-led environment and wants their expertise to contribute to more than just the numbers.

Key responsibilities will include:

Leading the day-to-day financial operations and reporting
Managing budgeting, forecasting and cash flow
Preparing accurate monthly and management reports
Supporting the annual budgeting and planning process
Providing financial analysis and insights to support decision-making
Managing compliance, audit and statutory reporting requirements
Overseeing accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and general ledger functions
Working closely with senior leaders and key stakeholders across the organisation
Identifying opportunities to improve financial processes, systems and controls
Leading and developing finance team members

You will be an experienced finance professional with a strong understanding of financial management and reporting, ideally gained within a Not-for-Profit, community, health, social services or other purpose-led environment.

You will bring:

Strong technical accounting and financial management skills
Experience across budgeting, forecasting and management reporting
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
The ability to translate financial information into clear, practical insights
Experience managing and developing a finance team
CA/CPA qualification or progress towards qualification is desirable
