Public Sector People are working with a Sydney local council to recruit for an experienced Enterprise Application Specialist to join their team on a contract basis. This is an immediate start opportunity supporting key business systems across council operations.
About the Role:
As an ICT Application Support Officer, you will provide frontline support and resolve incidents and service requests related to
TechnologyOne (OnCouncil)
systems – with a focus on
Ci Anywhere (CiA)
and
Ci
environments.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure system performance and support ongoing process improvements.
What you'll be doing: - Experience supporting, administering and improving enterprise applications, ideally TechnologyOne OneCouncil or similar ERP systems.
- Experience configuring and supporting application workflows (BPAs), permissions, integrations, automations and business processes.
- Ability to gather, analyse and document business, functional and technical requirements with SMEs, vendors and technical teams.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, acting as the link between business users, technical teams and third-party vendors.
- Experience analysing processes, workflows and application performance to identify risks, gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Experience supporting UAT, functional, regression and integration testing.
- Strong understanding of ITIL-based incident, problem, service and change management.
- Experience supporting SaaS/cloud applications, including vendor-managed upgrades, releases and service performance.
- Ability to maintain application documentation, process maps, integrations, controls and support procedures.
- Experience with access reviews, permissions governance, audit actions and risk remediation.
Essential Skills & Experience: - Strong experience supporting TechnologyOne OnCouncil
- Proficient in Ci Anywhere (CiA)
and legacy Ci
environments
- Experience managing and resolving service tickets
