Business Analyst (AO5) - Immediate Start

Role Type: 6 month contract - potential extension

We are seeking an innovative Business Analyst to deliver business intelligence insights that improve reporting, processes, and data-driven decision-making across multiple teams.

What you’ll do:

Conduct research and analysis to develop and enhance business intelligence artefacts
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand operational and strategic reporting needs
Provide recommendations on business processes, systems, and data solutions
Support user acceptance testing and document changes for new or enhanced reporting solutions
Contribute to continuous improvement of analysis methodologies and tools

What we’re looking for:

Strong verbal and written communication, with experience presenting to senior management
Proven business analysis skills and ability to solve complex problems strategically
Experience engaging stakeholders to identify and meet reporting and data needs
Self-directed, flexible, and proactive approach
Interest in data analysis, business intelligence, or data storytelling is a plus
